V is for...
vacua - a plural of vacuum
Really? I thought it would be vacuums. Have you ever heard a salesperson speak of their line of vacua?
Vacuna - The goddess of rural leisure, to whom the husbandmen sacrificed at the close of the harvest. She was especially honored by the Sabines
I bet she never owned a vacuum…
vagient - crying like a child
Before you scientific types point out that vacua is the absence of space, vacuum cleaners really are listed in the same definition. Besides, I'm sure if someone had presented a choice of vacua to Vacuna on her birthday, she would be vagient. Wouldn't you?
